Lovely place to get a car washed. The crew does their best to accommodate you and make sure your vehicle doesn't get damaged. My care came out looking shiny and like new again.

POS System seems to have breaks in the user interface coding. They’ve hit my card several times for my military discount price and for the normal $40+ price for about 3 months now. I’ve went in to fix it twice and it’s still behaving the same. Also this location has had a few maintenance difficulties for a little while now that are hindering true drive through wash and buff standards. These things happen and I do know this. It would be nice to gain a free month or two due to losing time dealing with the billing issues and overall functionality of what a carwash should achieve.

This is the one I nor ally go to and absolutely love. Employees and managers are very friendly and will help with anything needed carwash wise. Thanks for the great service!!

Update #2- the left side is now not working Update: Everything is working and I’ve noticed a big difference. Just know the right side of your car will not get clean as the left. Their right side rotating things don’t work as you’re going thru. It’s been months and a manager said they were fixing it that day. Welp still not fixed.

So this was my first time as a new driver in a car wash like this one. There was no communication on who's in order so I dont really know how they know who payed for what. Also I get up to the track not knowing im on the track. The one I had been too with my parents were super informative on placing your car on the track and telling you when to put your car in neutral. However she proceeded to clean around my car and then I just took off. My car was going un controlled I was scared and didnt understand what was happening. Nobody said anything about aligning me up to the track already so I was waiting to move forward thinking she was going around my car before the track. Next thing I know I hit the car in front of me. Now its my fault and its going on my insurance. Very bad lack of communication here. Should be more informative especially with all of these automatic washes being different. The vacuum was strong and good. The lady that was working that day needs to be more vocal about her work so these incidents don't happen again.

Can someone tell us why your mat machine has been broke over 3 months. I have been told waiting on a part. Why not order a new machine to make your customers happy. I know the car wash should have enough money to do this.

Really disappointed with the quality of their product and customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars. My first time using them today and I purchased the basic car wash which did not clean my car at all. So much so… I politely asked if I could go through again (my car still had bird #2 all over it) and the staff member (I believe he was a manager) said no and that I need to pay for the more expensive package. I said “isn’t the car wash supposed to baseline clean no matter what level package? My car is clearly still very dirty.” I’ve never been through a car wash that didn’t clean bird nasty off or completely clean my car. So, not only did I waste $12 and he could see the car wash didn’t clean as promised… he is telling me to buy the more expensive package. Their website states “Car wash using industry-leading technology to ensure a clean and shiny finish.” Would like a full refund since they did not deliver on “ensuring clean.”

I had a voucher for a $25 wash from corporate because the last two times I went the vacuums were off. This time, even being the best wash available it did not clean my vehicle and the vacuums were so weak they would not stay in the holders or clean up my toddlers crumbs. For some reason the wash shut off 3 times and sounded sn alarm as I was inside. These facilities used to be amazing and I'm just not sure at this point what is going on but it is disappointing. I had to clean my car by hand after leaving.
